Mayor opens the Public Hearing and announces hearing items.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss:
2024 Budget
Amend 5-2020 Zoning Ordinance (5-03 (B) adding (2))
5-03 Accessory Uses Permitted
(B) Business, Downtown B-D and Business, Highway(B-H).
(2) Residence, but only as a secondary use. The residence must
be used in conjunction with and on the same property as the primary
use (i.e., upstairs, or backroom apartment). Additionally, off-street
parking will be required for the residence.
