Status: Full-Time
Compensation: Negotiable based on knowledge and experience
This pivotal role is responsible for the planning, operation, and maintenance of Fleming’s essential services, including electrical distribution, water, and wastewater systems.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills: Ability to perform mechanical work and operate heavy town equipment.
Safety & Electrical: Experience working with high-voltage wires.
Certifications: Must be willing to become a certified water/wastewater operator and obtain certifications for herbicides, pesticides, and chemicals.
Licensing: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
Residency: Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of Fleming.
🌱 Now Hiring: Seasonal Groundskeeper
Status: Seasonal / Temporary
Compensation: $15.16 per hour
Perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, this position focuses on the beautification and upkeep of town properties.
Primary Duties:
Mowing and weed trimming.
Spraying weeds and repairing sprinkler heads.
Miscellaneous small maintenance tasks as needed.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
