Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and perform routine maintenance on various town machinery and equipment. Additionally, applicants must be willing to learn and assist with the ongoing care of Fleming’s essential utility systems, including:
Water distribution and treatment
Sewer infrastructure
Electrical systems
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Colorado Driver’s License
Residency within a 30-mile radius of Fleming, CO
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
Benefits: Health insurance coverage available following the successful completion of a probationary period.
