The Ordinance Enforcement Committee, in an effort to keep the town informed, is going to be highlighting one town ordinance every so often.
The first ordinance will be Ordinance #5-2020, Section 6-10-6-10:

Any vehicle without current plates or any state of disassembly or in disrepair or that the owner doesn’t want to plate must be stored in an enclosed building unless arrangements have been made with an Ordinance Enforcement Officer.
B. The Board of Trustees shall have the authority, following an investigation by the Ordinance Enforcement Officer to compel the removal of the vehicle(s) at the expense of the owner within thirty (30) days of their decision.
