"Shall the Town of Fleming's regular municipal election date be changed from the first Tuesday of April in each even-numbered years to to the Tuesday succeeding the first Monday of November in each even-numbered years, and upon such change, shall the terms of the Trustees that would expire in April be extended to January in the subsequent odd year?"
EXPLANATION: The ballot question is asking if you would like to have the Town election (which is currently held in April at the Fleming Community Center) be changed to November (a mail ballot).
